Steps

    Score the chicken with shallow cuts, salt, and drizzle with a bit of lime juice.

    Peel and chop the garlic. Mix the garlic, yogurt, cumin, coriander, ginger, turmeric, chili and pepper, then pour the marinade over the chicken and let marinate for about 45 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C, place the chicken in an oven-safe dish, bake for 10 minutes, then salt.

    Pour the oil over the chicken and return to the oven for about 20 minutes to brown the meat.

    Take out of the oven, drizzle with the rest of the lime juice, add a bit more pepper, and serve.
