Grilled Tomato and Pepper Salad

    Preheat the oven grill, then wash the tomatoes and cut into quarters.

    Wash the bell peppers and cut in half, then into fairly thick strips.

    Drizzle the tomatoes and peppers with olive oil and grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through.

    Take the tomatoes and peppers out of the oven, peel off the skins, arrange on a serving dish, and let cool.

    To finish, pour lemon juice over the tomatoes and peppers, add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, and scatter with a few basil leaves.
