Sweet Potato Salad

Sweet Potato Salad

Steps

    Wash the sweet potatoes, boil them for 20 minutes in salted water, then drain and set aside.

    Cut the bacon into small pieces. Wash and chop the mint leaves.

    Heat the oil in a pot and brown the almonds and bacon for 5 minutes.

    Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small sticks.

    Add the cumin seeds to the pot. When they pop, add the coriander, chili, a pinch of salt, the mint, and sauté everything for 1 minute.

    Add the sweet potatoes and cook for 10 more minutes, then pour into a serving dish and serve.
