Paprika Beef Meatballs

Paprika Beef Meatballs

Steps

    Soak the bread in 30cl of water, then squeeze it out into a paste. Peel the onion and garlic (remove the green germ). Wash the parsley.

    Add the ground beef along with the bread, egg, garlic, onion and parsley.

    Season with paprika, salt and pepper, and mix well. Heat frying oil in the meantime.

    Shape into medium-sized meatballs, roll them in the breadcrumbs, then fry in very hot oil until golden all over.
