Niçoise Salad

Eggs, tuna, anchovies, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, peppers, celery, black olives...

Steps

    Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Wash the tomatoes, cut into quarters and remove the seeds. Peel the cucumber and slice into rounds. Slice the radishes into rounds. Cut the bell pepper and the celery stalk into thin lengthwise strips. Chop the garlic clove and slice the onion thinly.

    Plunge the eggs into cold water, peel them, then cut in half.

    Arrange all the vegetables in a salad bowl, add the black olives, the tuna, then lay the anchovy fillets in a cross pattern. Alternate the halved hard-boiled eggs and the artichoke hearts.

    Mix 2 tbsp of vinegar, 3 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper, then add the basil. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad.
