Cut the chicken breasts into fairly large chunks, then brown them in a pot with 5cl of oil until they start to color. Salt, pepper, cover, and continue cooking on medium heat.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Wash the peppers and cut into strips. Peel and slice the onions. Peel and chop the garlic. Sauté everything for 10 minutes in the rest of the oil. Salt. Cut the ham into strips if desired.

Add the vegetables and ham to the pot and pour in the white wine. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, then serve.
