Basil Fusilli

Steps

    Peel and chop the garlic. Wash, drain, and chop the basil.

    Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes after the water returns to a boil. Meanwhile, sauté the garlic and basil in olive oil in a saucepan. Add the pine nuts, salt and pepper.

    Drain the pasta and add it to the saucepan, then toss.

    Serve with grated Parmesan on top.
